Anyone who uses this website, creates or uses a customer or dashboard area, makes a purchase, subscribes to updates, or contacts us. If you are represented by a parent or guardian, they should read this with you if you are under the age of digital consent in your country.
We only collect data we need to run the service. Depending on your actions, that can include:
We rely on: contract (processing necessary to perform the service you request, including purchase and license); legitimate interests (e.g. security, improving stability, and limited analytics that do not require consent); and legal obligation where the law compels us. Where we need consent (for example non-essential cookies or certain marketing, if we offer them), we will ask separately and you may withdraw at any time.
We use cookies and similar storage where needed for session sign-in, security, and to remember your preferences. We limit third-party tracking to what is required for features you use (for example, payment providers may set their own cookies in their iframes or redirects). You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site (including sign-in and checkout) may not work without them.
We share data with service providers that process it on our instructions, for example: payment (Stripe), database and authentication (e.g. Supabase), hosting, email delivery, and support tooling. We may also disclose information if the law or a lawful request requires it, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data as a commodity.
Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, Norway, the United Kingdom, and other countries. When we transfer from the EEA, UK, or similar regions, we rely on appropriate mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required.
We keep purchase and license records for as long as needed to provide support, prove entitlement, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and then rotated or deleted. Support messages are kept for a period appropriate to your request and our operational needs, unless a longer period is required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, rectify inaccuracies, delete data in certain cases, restrict or object to some processing, port data you provided in a machine-readable form, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us via Contact using the same email you used to purchase, where possible, so we can verify your request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and secure handling of keys and environment configuration. No online service is perfectly secure; you should also protect your accounts with strong, unique credentials.
Our commercial product and checkout are not directed at children. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child without proper authority, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where the law allows.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have specific rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context advertising. We do not sell your personal information in the common sense. For requests, use Contact and include your state of residence. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, where that applies.
