1. Who runs this site (Verdant)

Verdant External is sold and supported through this site. Purchases, licenses, and support processes described here are for Verdant products and checkout on verdant.lol. Verdant provides input customization (remaps, deadzones, curves, profiles) - it does not exist to modify in-game stats or cheat; product pages state scope per game.

2. MJ Universe - public information (hub)

MJ Universe (also written MJ-Universe) is the public site and brand of Mariell Berntzen and Jhonatan Wik - the same names you will see in search, YouTube, and social discovery. The hub site aggregates community-facing content, profiles, and links.

• Official site: mj-universe.net - home, about, and network pages.
• YouTube: @MJUniverse-1 - “MJ Universe” vlogs, challenges, and related videos with Mariell and Jhonatan.
• Snapchat: the official add handle @mj_universe (see mj-universe.net/snapchat for details on their site).
• Profiles and sections on the hub include Mariell’s and Jhonatan’s pages, plus Vlog and Blog, and the fitness / training series they publish and share in stories.

Nothing in this list changes how you use Verdant software; it only explains that Verdant’s public presence is part of the same creator ecosystem, and that community content lives on the MJ hub - not in your license files or game clients.

3. Data we process on verdant.lol (Verdant)

Depending on what you use, we may process:

• Purchase and license: product name, price tier, email and username (for order identity, Discord claim, and support), order / transaction references, and license data needed to provide access.
• Payments: card and wallet data are handled by Stripe (or other providers we enable). We do not store your full card number on our application servers.
• Account / dashboard: if you use login backed by our database, we store the profile and order information required for the service.
• Discord claim: if you use Order ID claim in our Discord, processing follows our bot rules; Discord has its own privacy policy.
• Contact form: name, email, topic, and message.
• Technical and security: IP address, user-agent, cookies or tokens needed for the session, and server logs.

4. Why we use this data

• Perform the contract: deliver the product, license, and support you paid for.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security, and improving stability.
• Where required, consent (for example for optional marketing, if we add it and you opt in).

5. Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth when applicable), and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data. Processors are required to use data only to provide the service to us.

6. Retention

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide support, verify purchases, and meet legal requirements (e.g. accounting for paid transactions). You may request deletion or correction where the law allows; we may need to keep certain data if required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country or state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us through Contact and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Minors

Commercial purchase flows are not directed at children. If you are a parent and believe a minor provided data, contact us.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States, EU, or other regions. We rely on their contractual safeguards and compliance programs where required.

10. Changes

We may update this page. The last updated date appears at the bottom. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where a stricter local law requires otherwise.
